This way, we build great relationships with our clients. The company was managed by Federico Jr. and is now led by the family matriarch Felisa and their son Jose Froilan.

The factory in Taytay

Our factory in Taytay, Rizal is 30 minutes to 1 hour from Metro Manila, and the family has grown up in it.

Three generations of builders

One family, one trade, one factory in Taytay.

The beginning

Federico V. Calderon Sr. founds FVC Construction in Taytay, Rizal, building woodwork for Philippine homes and businesses.

The second generation

His first son, Federico Jr., takes over management and carries the factory through decades of steady work.

Circa 2009

The Calderon grandchildren grow up around the factory floor, the third generation raised in the trade.

Today

The family matriarch Felisa and her son Jose Froilan lead FVC, serving architects, designers, and homeowners.
